The Pride of PNG Women Awards is an awards program that celebrates exceptional Papua New Guinean women whose actions strengthen their communities.
Across the country, women are leading change by supporting the vulnerable, building businesses, improving health and education, advocating for justice, and inspiring others.
She is the Pride of her Family, the Pride of her Community, and the Pride of PNG.
Initiated in 2007, the Pride of PNG Women Awards is the flagship program of CPL Foundation Inc., the philanthropic arm of CPL Group, in partnership with the Post-Courier.
CPL Group, together with the Governor-General of Papua New Guinea and Patron of the Awards, His Excellency Grand Chief Sir Bob Dadae, proudly announces the opening of nominations for the Pride of PNG Women Awards 2026.
Now in its 14th year, the Awards call for public nominations of inspiring women across categories that reflect their contributions to communities and the nation.
More than 70 Papua New Guinean women have been recognised through the Awards since 2007. Beyond recognition, CPL Foundation provides ongoing support to strengthen and expand the work these women are leading in their communities.
